Election of Office Bearers and Executive Committee of MPFA (2026-20230)
Whereas the term of the present Executive Committee of MPFA is due to expire; and
Whereas I, Kedar Sharma, IAS (Retd) have been appointed by MPFA as Electoral Officer, the name approved by All India Football Federation, to conduct the Election of Office bearers and Executive Committee (Exco) of Madhya Pradesh Football Association.
Now therefore, as per bye Laws as adopted by MPFA Constitution and general guidelines of National Sports Governance (NSB) Rules, 2026, I hereby call the election of Office bearers and Executive Committee of Madhya Pradesh Football Association for the term 2026-2030.

Note on Election Program:
-Filing of nominations shall be held at Hotel Surya, Wright Town, Jabalpur (MP) between 10AM to 1 PM.
-Objections to draft list of nominated candidates and withdrawal of nomination shall be held at MPFA office, 1172/C9 Atul Vihar Complex, Wright Town, Jabalpur between 10AM to 1 PM.
4. Nominations
Nomination of a candidate shall be proposed and seconded by the persons whose names appear on the electoral roll.
The nomination papers shall:
(a) be submitted personally by the candidate;
(b) be proposed and seconded by eligible electors
(c) must reach the Electoral Officer within stipulated date and time.
5. Final Electoral Roll is published simultaneously with this notification. Only persons whose name appear in the electoral roll shall be entitled to propose, second and vote in the election.
6. Where the number of valid nominations exceeds the number of vacancies for any post, polling shall be conducted by secret ballot.
7. General Instructions
(a) Candidates must strictly adhere to Election rules and code of conduct.
(b) Canvassing contrary to election rules is prohibited.
(c) Decision of the Electoral Officer on all procedural matters arising during the election shall be final.
This Notification comes into force with immediate effect.
