Cancellation and Refund Policy

The Madhya Pradesh Football Association (MPFA) strives to provide clear and concise information regarding the cancellation and refund process. By registering for membership or renewing your membership, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Membership Period

The membership period for MPFA starts on June 1st and ends on May 31st of the following year. All registrations and renewals are valid only for this duration.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Voluntary Cancellation: Members may choose to cancel their membership at any time by notifying MPFA in writing via email or through their affiliated club. However, no refunds will be issued for cancellations.
  • Involuntary Cancellation: MPFA reserves the right to cancel a membership for reasons including, but not limited to, violation of MPFA or AIFF rules, misconduct, or non-payment of fees. In such cases, no refunds will be issued.

3. Refund Policy

  • No Refunds: MPFA has a strict no-refund policy. Once membership fees are paid, they are non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation. This policy applies to all registration and renewal fees.

4. Membership Fee Payment

  • Annual Fees: Membership fees are collected annually and are required to be paid in full at the time of registration or renewal.
  • Payment Methods: All payments must be made through the methods approved by MPFA and facilitated through affiliated clubs.

5. Exceptions

There are no exceptions to the no-refund policy. Members are advised to consider their commitment to the annual membership period before completing the registration or renewal process.
