Notice of Election of MP State Football Players Association

Notice is hereby given that:

1. An election for the SFPA Office Bearers shall be held on 22-Sept 2026 for the positions of a Chairman and a Deputy Chairman, at least one of whom shall be a woman; a Secretary and a Treasurer, at least one of whom shall be a Woman. Final Electoral Roll is appended to this notice.
2. Nomination papers may be delivered by a candidate in person at MPFA Office, Atul Vihar Complex (4^th floor), Wright Town, Jabalpur- 482001 on 12-14 Sept 2026 (3days) from 1200-1600hrs. Form for nomination may be obtained at the above-mentioned address.
3. Announcement of draft list of nominations shall be made on 15 Sept 2026.
4. Objections to the draft list of nominated candidates can be submitted on 16 & 17 Sept 2026 (2 days) at the address in para-2 above, between 1200-1600 hrs.
5. After scrutiny and disposal of objections on 18 Sept 2026, the final list of nominated candidates shall be published on 19 Sept 2026.
6. Notice of withdrawal of candidature may be delivered at the address given in para-2 above, between 1200-1600 hrs on 20 Sept 2026.
7. Final list of contesting candidates shall be published on 21 Sept 2026.
8. In the event of the election being contested, the poll will be taken on 22 Sept 2026 between 1200-1600 hrs at the address in para-2 above.
