Terms & Conditions

1. This Tournament shall be called “SARAVAJANIK DURGA UTSAV FOOTBALL UKWA, P.O.UKWA MINE, DISTT,BALAGHAT (M.P.)”
2. This Tournament is affiliated with M.P.F.A (Jabalpur) & AIFA (Delhi) “as” “A” class All India Tournament Will be play knock out system.
3. This Tournament Committee shall try best to comply with every fundamental and technical detail of the rules of the play and other matters, such as play ground goal post etc. as far as possible and no protest or objections would be entertained for discrepancy in this respect.
4. The entry fee of Rs. 2000/- per team which shall have to be remitted along with the entry form. This fee is non refundable under any circumstances.
5. SDUFL UKWA will start from 16.10.2023 to 23.10.2023 last date of Entry 25.09.2023.
6. Team arriving later than 10 minutes after the advertised time of play without any proper intimation will be disallowed and walk over will be given to the opposite team.
7. All the team must bring the N.O.C. from there concerning D.F.A. & State Association & C.R.S will
compulsory the team players as per AIFF Guidline.
8. Free lodging & Fooding facilities will be provided to the participating team by the tournament committee for 18 players & 2 Officers.
9. Railway Seating chairs Ticket for shortest route will be pay tournament committee, from Head Quarter of team to Balaghat Railway Station and bus fare from Balaghat to Ukwa both side.
10. Railway and Bus fare will be given only producing of ticket.
11. Only for M.P. State teams. It is very essential to produce Identity Card through D.F.A. before starting the match.
12. Other regulation will followed as per enclosure sheet of MPFA & AIFA Tournament Regulation bylaws.

Cash Prizes as under will be given by the Tournament Committee:-

i) Winner of the Tournament Rs. 100000/-
ii) Runner of the Tournament Rs. 51,000/-
iii) Best player of the Tournament Rs. 1500/-
iv) Best Scorer of the Tournament Rs. 1000/-
v) Best Defender of the Tournament Rs. 1000/-
vi) Best Goal keeper of the Tournament Rs. 1000/-
vii) Man of the Match (Final Match) Rs. 1000/-
