These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the services provided by the Madhya Pradesh Football Association (MPFA). By registering or renewing your membership through clubs affiliated with MPFA, you agree to comply with these terms.
1. Registration and Fees
- Player Registration: All players must register through an MPFA-affiliated club. Registration includes providing personal information and payment of the annual registration fee.
- Renewal: Annual renewal of registration is required to maintain active status. Renewal fees must be paid through the affiliated clubs.
- Payment: All payments must be made through approved methods. Failure to pay the required fees may result in suspension or termination of membership.
2. Code of Conduct
- Behavior: Members are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that upholds the integrity and reputation of MPFA. This includes respecting officials, coaches, players, and all other participants.
- Compliance: Members must comply with all MPFA rules, regulations, and policies, as well as those set forth by the AIFF.
3. Participation in Events
- Eligibility: Only registered members in good standing may participate in MPFA-sanctioned tournaments, leagues, and events.
- Disqualification: MPFA reserves the right to disqualify any member or team for violations of rules, misconduct, or non-payment of fees.
4. Liability
- Assumption of Risk: Participation in football activities involves inherent risks. Members acknowledge and accept these risks by participating in MPFA activities.
- Limitation of Liability: MPFA is not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages incurred during participation in its activities, except where required by law.
5. Intellectual Property
- Use of Logo and Materials: The MPFA logo, branding, and materials are the property of MPFA. Members may not use these without prior written consent.
6. Data Protection
- Privacy Policy: By registering, members agree to the collection and use of their personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Amendments
- Changes to Terms: MPFA reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any changes via the MPFA website or through affiliated clubs.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Madhya Pradesh.
